Hard Skills
Microsoft Office -
I have had a lot of experience with microsoft office as required by most of my college courses. my most memorable assignment was creating a web site for my EDT 321 class were i was required to use every program in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word).
Analysis -
At the being of each week I must analyze the offense of the team we are going to play. I would look at the formations and breakdown my opponenets offense by their personal groups. Then I would write down their tendencies and what plays they run out of each formation.
Culinary-
I have always enjoyed food. I like experienceing and creating new dishes and it seems that I am pretty good at it. This is probably not a common hard skill but one that I really enjoy.Ability to Create and Cook a Variety of Dishes

Soft Skills
Work Ethic  -
One of my most precious soft skills is my work ethic. things like school dont always come easy to me, so in order for me to stay on top of my studies I have to take notes and work hard in order to pass with good grades. This work ethic is responsible for my success in football and the degree I will earn on friday.
Leadership -
I am a leader on and off the field.  I lead by example and by my actions not by words. This has defined who I am as a teamate because my teammates look to me to set the example.
Communication -
I have learned to be a very effective communicator with my friends, family and teammates. Even though I am not loud I am very straightforward and up front when I do speak. as a father I understand how important communication is and as a teammate it impacts the outcome of the game.
