The BIS program is a major that helps students prepare for the real world. In
this program students are challenged to step outside of the box, to learn how to work in groups and to learn good communication
skills which will prepare students for the job force. This major helps students become knowledgeable and well rounded people
because no matter what line of work they go into they will have the skills they need to be succesful. This major and the opportunity
to focus on two concentration areas gives students computer skills, teaches them how to make a portfolio and make a resume,
and simply helps students be better prepared for life.
